LYCEUM will help customers meet their enterprise network needs through a range of products and services, which include:

System Design, Implementation & Support - As businesses grow and technology changes, LYCEUM engineers will assist customers in designing, implementing and supporting their information technology solutions.

User Requirement Analysis - Leveraging decades of experience and expertise and using the latest technologies and methodologies, LYCEUM engineers will carefully evaluate each user's requirements. They will perform system evaluations and audits, and propose system solutions and improvements.

Network Migration Planning & Implementation Support - Our engineers will help customers with network migration planning so that they can increase the value of their local and wide area networks. We will also ensure that implementation is smooth, with minimal impact on business operations.

Network Analysis & Consulting - LYCEUM engineers review the customer's network to determine whether it is running at peak efficiency. They will consider response times and recommend areas for improvement. LYCEUM also conducts cost benefit analyses in determining the appropriate solution for the customer's environment.

WAN Evaluation, Planning & Management - LYCEUM responds to the customer's needs for wide area network planning and management through evaluation of their IT environment, and provides recommendations of leading edge tools and technologies to maximize network operations.

On-Site Enterprise Help Desk - LYCEUM will offer help desk support services to maximize the efficiency of our customer's IT organization. This will reduce the burden often placed on end users to handle their own system administration and other technical problems, usually as the expense of their productivity.

System Software Support (Solaris Oracle and Windows NT, 2000) - LYCEUM's proactive software support including management and support of application and operating system software, keeps the customer's systems up and running at peak efficiency. In addition to resolving problems, this service ensures the customer's software infrastructure is current, operational and bug-free.

On-Site System Administration - Dedicated technical resources on-site ensure availability of the customer's information systems, a significant factor as organizations face continuous upgrades and enhancements in their computing environment.

Project Management Support - LYCEUM professionals offer customers extensive technical expertise and experience across platforms to support customers' management projects. Our project managers build, deliver and manage a support program with proven methodologies and processes that are focused on integrated services.

Enterprise Maintenance Management - LYCEUM helps our customers keep their extensive enterprise systems under control and up to speed. We design and deploy Internet, intranet and other networked corporate systems. We provide operational support across the enterprise for networked computing applications and environments --- and assume cost, technical and schedule management responsibilities.


LYCEUM's delivery approach is customer-driven. We believe that every customer is unique. We provide an individualized project plan and requirements definition that includes project objectives and participant responsibilities, along with schedules, budget and quality metrics. Our customized staffing plans identify direct employee participation, contracted staff requirements and customer contributions, and utilize high quality management processes.
